At StageGlass, a Series-A prop-tech startup that raised 15mm,  I played crucial roles as Head of Operations, Head of Product, and Advisory Chief of Staff. I was pivotal in building the company's product vision into a coherent, well-planned roadmap, conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, and establishing key product metrics for feature prioritization.

At PayPal, I worked as a Product Manager for their Innovation Lab. I helped operationalize infrastructure development, increasing employees' capacity for idea sharing, and IP creation. I also developed a company-wide skills program, and worked in tandem with external partners, like the Wharton School, to conduct practical research on innovation impacts within real-world companies. While staying abreast of the latest technologies, I also contributed as a named inventor on three patent filings related to decentralized Blockchain rewards programs.

As a Marketing Specialist on the Google PLA Team at Fanatics, Inc., I managed large budget spends to hit daily ROI targets. I created financial models to estimate ROAS and used SQL and Excel to analyze team performance, leading to significant process improvements.

I minored in Classics, showcasing my passion for dedicated humanistic inquiry and the exploration of common human practices across centuries.

I chose to design my own Engineering Major, choosing to combine Product Design, Design Thinking capstone courses with practical applications in MS&E covering organizational theory, accounting, innovation & creativity.
